Custom ERP, no monthly license

Off-the-shelf ERPs charge every month and ship a hundred modules of which you use six. A custom one is paid once and does exactly what your operation needs.

What's included

The scope comes from your operation

There's no fixed module list. The diagnosis defines which processes are in and which aren't worth touching yet — sometimes the answer is to start with just one.

The data stays yours

The database is yours and can be exported in full whenever you want. That's the practical difference from a license: stop paying it and you stop getting in.

It lives alongside what you already use

If an admin system is running, building on top of it is often better than replacing it. Replacing is the expensive decision and not always the necessary one.

Role-based permissions

Who sees costs, who can void an invoice, who only enters data. It's the first thing people ask for once the system starts being used seriously.

Frequent questions

How many modules does it include?

There's no number. The scope depends on which processes you run and which ones hurt today. Promising a fixed list without seeing the operation is the fastest way to deliver something nobody uses.

How long does it take?

It runs in phases and each one ships something that works. The first is usually reporting or the most painful process: quick results, and useful for calibrating the rest.

What if I need something new later?

It gets added. That's the advantage of owning the code: you don't depend on a vendor deciding your case deserves a spot in their next release.
